Your Personal Banking Upgrade Experience

Starting on September 15th, you will have access to new and improved features to help you manage your money more conveniently and efficiently:

Mobile banking will be available with our new mobile banking app, available for both iOS and Android, offers real-time transaction alerts, budgeting tools, and convenient access to mobile check deposit, bill pay, transfers, and more—all in a streamlined, user-friendly design. Download our mobile banking app from your device’s app store starting Monday, September 15th.

Online banking is getting a streamlined, more user-friendly design with improved navigation and a personalized dashboard to help you manage your finances with ease. The update also introduces new features, including Card Controls, internal and external transfers, Bill Pay, QuickBooks® integration, and more. You will need to re-enroll on Monday, September 15th.

Account statements will be available electronically. You can view, download, and print anytime, anywhere.

Checking and Savings Accounts will have improved features.

In-person service will be more efficient when you visit our branch.

Coming Soon – Zelle® will allow you to send and receive money instantly, available directly through our mobile and online banking platforms. Whether you are splitting a bill, paying rent, or gifting funds, Zelle® offers a fast, safe, and easy way to send money to people you trust — no need to exchange cash or checks.

Your current Alamerica Bank Debit/ATM card will work as normal from Friday, September 12th throughout the weekend.

Your account numbers and Online Banking User ID will not change. You will still be able to write checks and use your new Debit/ATM card as normal—your PIN will stay the same. Direct deposit and debits will be transferred automatically.

PERSONAL BANKING ACTION ITEMS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15th:

Debit/ATM Card – Your current Debit/ATM card will be deactivated. You will need to activate the new Debit/ATM card you received in the mail.

Online Banking – You will need to re-enroll and set up a new password.

External Transfers – Existing external transfers you have set up will need to be re-established.

CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSIT (CDS) & INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS (IRAS)

All CDs and IRAs will have the same account numbers. IRA plan numbers will remain the same.
